- 90ml fish sauce
- 15ml sweet sauce
- 7.5ml sesame oil; 2.5g pepper; 1.5g black pepper; 15g sesame ginger spice mix (bought at supermarket); 1 little coriander; 30g minced garlic; 2 finely chopped chili peppers; 3-4 slices of fresh ginger; 500ml fresh coconut water; vegetable oil

Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, mix together the sesame ginger seasoning, fish sauce, sweet soy sauce, sesame oil, white pepper, black pepper, coriander, and garlic. Then add the chicken to the island to evenly coat the chicken with spices. Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator.
