Ingredient:
- 15 shrimps
- 2 cloves of minced garlic; 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce; 2 tablespoons ketchup; 1 tablespoon fish sauce; 1 teaspoon sugar; 1/2 teaspoon seasoning powder; 1 sprig of finely chopped scallions; 1 minced purple onion
Perform:
Step 1: Shrimp cut off the sharp head and tail, wash and dry. Season the shrimp with a little salt.
Step 2: Put the oil pan on the stove, when the oil is hot, put the shrimp in and fry on high heat.
Red shrimp is cooked shrimp, remove shrimp to plate/bowl.
Step 3: Put the pan on the stove, add 1 tablespoon of oil, hot oil for garlic, onions and with the rest of the spices, stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
Then add sweet and sour chili sauce and cook for 2 minutes. Finally, add the fried shrimp to the island and let the sauce stick around the shrimp, then turn off the stove.
Presentation: Fried shrimp with sweet and sour sauce on a plate, decorated with melon flowers. This dish is great served hot with rice.
