Ingredient:
- 2 squids
- 200 gr minced pork
- 1 handful of vermicelli
- 2 chopped mushrooms
- Green onion, 1/2 teaspoon pepper
-1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning powder
- 1 minced purple onion, 2 minced garlic cloves
-3 diced tomatoes
- 200 ml of chicken bone broth or cold water.
Making:
Step 1: Soak the vermicelli in water until soft, cut into pieces. Squid cleans the inside of the belly, peels off the outer skin, washes and dries.
Step 2: Put the ground meat together with the spices and vermicelli into the bowl, mix well with gloves.
Step 3: Insert the marinated meat mixture into the belly of the squid, pin the tip with a toothpick so that the meat does not come out when steaming.
Then put the squid in a pot of boiling water and steam for 12-15 minutes.
Step 4: Put the pan on the stove, add 1 tablespoon of oil, then add minced garlic and saute until fragrant, then add the tomatoes and sauté for 5 minutes, then add the bone broth and spices, stir-fry until the tomatoes are soft.
Finally, put the squid in and cook for 5 minutes for the squid to soak in the tomato sauce, then turn off the stove.
Before turning off the stove, remember to season to taste and then sprinkle some finely chopped scallions on top.
Take the squid stuffed with tomato sauce on a cutting board and cut it into slices, arrange on a plate, add ketchup and sprinkle some pepper on the squid. Squid stuffed with meat with tomato sauce served hot with rice is very delicious.
