Ingredient:
- 600g delicious ribs
- 5ml of cooking wine; 60g garlic; 25g onion; 30g red chili; 10g dried chili; a few slices of ginger
- Soy sauce
- Seasoning: salt, seasoning powder, soy sauce, pepper, sugar just enough
Making:
Step 1: Chop the ribs into bite-sized pieces. Soak in cold water for 2 hours.
Step 2: Then add salt, sugar, soy sauce, pepper, and wine to marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 3: Heat cooking oil in a pan, then fry the ribs until golden on both sides.
Step 4: Then add the onions, dried red peppers and ginger to the pan.
Add a little more soy sauce if needed.
Step 5: Then add hot water to cover the ribs.
Bring to a boil, simmer for 30 minutes. When the rib sauce thickens, add the chopped garlic and red pepper.
Turn the heat a little bit higher, stir well until the sauce dries up. Put the ribs on a plate and enjoy with white rice!
