How to make Beef Shake

 Shaking beef is a very delicious dish, but the processing is extremely simple, attractive from the name to the delicious sweetness of the dish.

Shaking beef has a sauce that blends with the sweetness of tender fresh beef and the aroma of onions and bell peppers. If you are a little more creative, it will make the dish even more attractive, especially for children!

Ingredient:


- Beef: 300g - 500g (Choose butt meat, small grain, pink red color will not be tough)

- Onions: 1 medium or large

- Green and red bell peppers: each

- Cherry tomatoes: 5 halves

- Dried garlic, crushed and chopped, crushed pepper

- Oyster sauce, soy sauce (you can buy in supermarkets).

- Sugar, fine salt, pepper, coriander

- Red wine: 1 tablespoon (optional).

Processing:


Step 1: Cut cherry tomatoes in half, bell peppers, and onions into squares the size of a knuckle.

Step 2: Cut beef into 1.5x1x5cm squares, put in a bowl marinated with oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, salt, pepper and minced garlic for about 30 minutes to infuse. While waiting for the meat to soak, prepare the fries to serve. Peel and cut potatoes, soak in salted water, take out and boil, drain through cold water and fry in oil until crispy.

Step 3: Put the pan on the stove to heat up, add cooking oil and sauté garlic until fragrant, pour in the beef over high heat and stir for about 2 minutes until the beef is cooked again. At this point, you can add a spoonful of red wine, stir for a few more minutes and then pour it back into the bowl.

Step 4: Add a tablespoon of cooking oil to the frying pan, add tomatoes, onions, and bell peppers to the pan.

Then sprinkle with seasoning and pour in a little stir-fry water until cooked

Step 5: Continue to put the beef back in, stir well to mix the ingredients together.

You can prepare a little oyster sauce, maggi, sugar and filtered water to add if you like to eat more sauce.

Step 6: Put the meat on a hot plate with fries and bread or rice.

You can decorate the shaken cow to become a funny clown to make the food more attractive for your baby!
